GreenGyro Business Plan

  1. Company (X) Manufacturer Green Gyro Power Tech Pvt Ltd.

  2. Company (Y) Channel Partner India / International Collaboration partner.

  3. Company (Z) Consultancy appointed by Company (X) for State wise and country wise.

  4. Company (Z) Facilitates Entire transactions between Company (X) and Company (Y) as per the agreement signed by between Company (X & Y) every State and Country.

  5. Company (Y), as a Channel Partner in India or International Collaboration partner, is required to enter into an agreement with a fixed advance payment, as outlined in the channel partner agreement with Company (X).

  6. Within 12 months from the agreement date, Company (Y) has the option to receive between 3 to 5 machines, contributing to a total power volume of approximately 15-20 MW.

  7. Company (Y) settles the full balance advance with Company (X) three months prior to the scheduled machine delivery as stipulated in the agreement.

  8. Over a 12-month period, Company (X) provides machines to Company (Y) in accordance with mutually agreed terms.

  9. Company (Y) can market machines ranging from 1 MW to 10 MW to its clients as electrical power saving devices, offering an alternative strategy to the power-selling model.

  10. The business model focuses on selling electricity power on a per-unit basis for machines ranging from 1 MW to 10 MW.

  11. Additionally, machines within the range of 10 KW to 250 KW will be sold in India through channel partners under a separate business agreement.

  12. Company (X) supplies machines tailored to meet the specific requirements of Company (Y)'s clients, adhering to both client specifications and local government policies.
     

Eligibility criteria to become a Company (Y) Channel Partner India / International Collaboration partner.

1.Industry Experience:

Demonstrated experience and expertise in the energy sector or related industries. Etc…

2. Financial Stability:

A sound financial standing to support the distribution and selling activities.

3. Infrastructure:

 Having a suitable business infrastructure to effectively handle distribution and sales operations.

4. Regulatory Compliance:

Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the energy sector.

5. Market Knowledge:

Understanding of the market dynamics and customer needs in the power generation sector.

6. Sales Capability:

 Demonstrating the ability to effectively market and sell power or power Generating Machines

7. Geographical Presence:

 Depending on the manufacturer's requirements, a presence in specific geographical regions may be a factor.

Responsibility of Company (Z) Consultancy

1 Identification:

   - Identify potential channel partners based on industry alignment, expertise, and geographical coverage.

2. Qualification:

   - Assess the suitability of potential partners by evaluating their reputation, financial stability, and compatibility with Our product or service.

3. On boarding:

   - Initiate on boarding procedures, including legal agreements, training sessions, and the provision of necessary resources.

4. Training:

   - Conduct comprehensive training sessions to educate channel partners on our products, services, and sales strategies.

5. Enablement:

   - Provide tools, resources, and ongoing support to empower channel partners for effective sales and marketing activities.

6. Collaboration:

   - Foster a collaborative environment through regular communication, feedback sessions, and joint planning.

7. Lead Generation:

   - Implement strategies to generate leads, both independently and collaboratively with channel partners.

8. Performance Measurement:

   - Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success and effectiveness of the partnership between Green gyro and channel Partner/International Coloration partner

9. Feedback Loop:

    - Establish a feedback loop to gather insights from channel partners /International Coloration partner, enabling continuous improvement.

10. Renewal and Review:

    - Periodically review the partnership arrangement, renew agreements, and make adjustments based on market dynamics.

Responsibilities of Company (Y) Channel Partner India / International Collaboration partner)

  • Exclusive responsibility of International Partner:

  1. After agreement signed with the Green gyro for exclusive Country power sale business, the International Collaboration Partner collaborates with the Green gyro to establish a new brand or SPV before initiating marketing in the respective country. This joint venture aims to maintain an exclusive brand presence, wherein both entities apply for upgraded patents under the new brand name. Upon securing the patents for the new name, then the Green gyro begins delivering machines exclusively under the new brand to the particular country for the international collaboration partners.

  2. In the event of any unauthorized copying, transfer, or initiation of manufacturing duplicate machines by any company or individual in the respective country, the International collaboration partner is obligated to take responsibility for filing legal complaints and ensuring proactive measures to prevent such activities within the country.

 

  • . Product Knowledge:

    • Acquire in-depth knowledge about the power-generating machines, understanding technical specifications, features, and applications.

  • Sales and Marketing:

    • Actively promote and market the power-generating machines within their designated territory or market.

    • Generate leads and actively pursue sales opportunities.

  • Lead Management:

    • Efficiently manage and follow up on leads, ensuring timely and effective communication with potential customers.

  • Customer Education:

    • Educate potential customers on the benefits and applications of the power-generating machines, providing technical information as needed.

  • Quotation and Pricing:

    • Provide accurate and competitive price quotations for the power-generating machines, adhering to established pricing guidelines.

  • Order Processing:

    • Facilitate the smooth processing of orders, including documentation and coordination with the Green Gyro

  • Installation Support:

    • Coordinate with customers and provide assistance in the installation and commissioning of the power-generating machines.

  • Technical Support:

    • Serve as a primary point of contact for technical inquiries, liaising between customers and technical support teams.

 

  • After-Sales Service:

    • Support customers with post-sales service, warranty issues, and maintenance requirements.

  • Market Feedback:

    • Provide valuable feedback to the Green Gyro regarding market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

 

  • Collaboration with Green Gyro:

    • Maintain a strong working relationship with the Green Gyro, participating in joint planning, training sessions, and collaborative marketing efforts.

  • Reporting:

    • Submit regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

  • Compliance and Documentation:

    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain accurate documentation related to sales activities.

 How to achieve minimum 1000MW as prerequisite for Indian Channel Partnership and minimum 5000MW as prerequisite for International Collaboration Partner?
Our Partners can achieve this by:-
1. Off-grid : Our Partners can reach out to all commercial private end users. Eg. Heavy Industries, Townships, IT Parks, Private Islands, Commercial operations in remote areas, Ships, Commercial Irrigation. 
2. On-grid : Our Partner can reach out to the private power plant producers per state (for channel partner)/country (for international collaboration partner) who sell power to the government, these producers can utilize GreenGyro as a substitute in the existing power plant which can generate same output capacity with highest efficiency.
